This project has been conducted in a remote way due to pandemic reasons. In history, no similar remote projects have taken place on this scale.
As part of the latest N4 implementation, QTerminals required to maximize the usage of the N4 system to improve the overall efficiency of the terminal. The project was to implement N4’s optimizations modules such as Prime Route and Expert Decking.
Project has been turned in to a complete remote project due to COVID restrictions.
Phases included: preparation, setup and configuration, workshop, testing and go-live to post go-live support.
