Eurogate CTB has successfully migrated from their previous Terminal Operating System to Navis N4.
Beginning in June 2018, the project team worked jointly with DSP to migrate the old mainframes systems to N4 piece-by-piece, focusing on the core system first, followed by the surrounding applications and systems, as well as thorough testing throughout each phase to ensure the system would perform optimally during the go-live. This approach lead in a smooth transition to N4.
DSP worked proactively with a large team helping on various areas such as the implementation and customization of ECN4 (Philippos Aivazis), the configuration and testing of posting rules for EDI (
Praveen Gupta and Judith Morton), general N4 and XPS configuration with process definition (Jan Slawinski and Bruce Rudge). Moreover DSP contributed to the success of the project bringing in its proven approach, methodology and experience with the oversight and suggestions of Daniele Labate.
