DSP strengthens its international positioning as a reference technological partner, taking on the role of System Integrator responsible for the complete supply of the LMS – Logistic Management System and TOS – Terminal Operating System solution for the new industrial hub in the Middle East.

The project represents a strategic element for the industrial area, with the goal of ensuring cybersecurity, efficiency, traceability, and automation of logistic flows inside and outside the new plant, including the new container terminal supporting the facility.

As an advanced and reliable partner, DSP coordinates and is responsible for an ecosystem of highly qualified international strategic partners, among which Kaleris, Altea 365, Camco, Lexter, and QDS, ensuring the integration of the entire technological solution, which includes the hardware, software, and infrastructural components necessary for the operation of the LMS and TOS systems, guaranteeing the adoption of efficient, secure, reliable, and digitalized end-to-end processes.

DSP’s contribution ensures:

 • Innovation: next-generation integrated solutions for automation, control, and traceability

Reliability: end-to-end project management, from material supply to final testing

International vision: ability to coordinate partners and technologies from different countries

The integrated solution proposed by DSP will be called to manage in a coordinated way all the main functions of the new industrial hub: from production (Production Management System) to warehouse management, up to filling, storage, handling, and containerization processes, without neglecting the automation of access gates. The entire infrastructure will be based on high-reliability hardware, next-generation mobile and vehicular devices, and advanced cybersecurity services, to ensure maximum operational continuity and protection of sensitive data.

All production systems and operational cycles will be monitored by DATAVIEW, the predictive business intelligence platform developed by DSP, already successfully deployed in several strategic terminals worldwide. Through this technology, all process execution systems will feed DATAVIEW’s database in real time, enabling precise control and proactive management of operations, along with comprehensive reporting and both statistical and predictive analysis.

The Logistic Management System (LMS) and the Terminal Operating System (TOS) will therefore form a key digital infrastructure for the emerging industrial hub, with the goal of:

• optimizing logistic flows

• digitalizing operational processes

• supporting sustainability through more efficient resource management

Thanks to this project, DSP confirms its ability to operate in complex international contexts, offering advanced System Integration solutions for the logistic management of large industrial plants. The collaboration with a global player and with excellent technological partners demonstrates the solidity, competence, and reliability that DSP brings to every project.

“We are proud to have been chosen for a project of such strategic importance. Our commitment is to offer innovative and reliable technological solutions, capable of generating value for our clients and contributing to the development of world-class industrial infrastructures.” — Marco Fehmer, CEO of DSP
