DSP supported DPW Jeddah on N4 Go Live. After 4 months project the terminal switched its full operation to NAVIS N4 with no interruption of service or productivity.
The key to success was the good knowledge of N4, proper tests, proper end user training and 100% commitment of all the terminal staff from Management down to end users.
