DSP has been partner of APM Terminals Lázaro Cárdenas since 2013  for the implementation of the Navis N4 TOS System and KALMAR SmartPort Solutions.

The services provided by DSP in 4 years have been: 

TOS Design and Analysis: DSP has been part of the project since June 2013, participating, consulting and contributing to develop the initial document which describes all Terminal process flows, exceptions and possible gaps;

Design and organize the QA Team: DSP has collected the operational requirements and use cases, developing test cases and assisting with the case management. Together with the customer, DSP has applied a model defining the software Acceptance and deployment;

Operational consulting for Business Process Modelling and planning department: DSP has provided guide lines for operational BPMs definition and KPIs;

TOS configuration and support: vessel, gate and rail cycles as well as accessory services. Based on our vast experience, DSP has suggested a methodology to define and inventory all configuration items and keep track of changes;

Groovy development: Extensions for N4Mobile and ECN4

EDI support: EDI configuration completed and mapping customized using the Development Studio kit (Xenos translator);

Supporting Kalmar to implement Smart Solutions;

Go-Live and post Go-Live support.

In 4 years we provided numerous added value services to the terminal where DSP team spent most of time onsite, establishing a great spirit of collaboration with APMT, NAVIS and KALMAR.
