Role
DSP is searching for a Senior Terminal Operation System (TOS) Consultant and Business Analyst who will report to the DSP Director of Professional Services.
This position is open for office and/or remote work to all people with EU/EFTA Passports or valid residence permit in Switzerland.
We request the candidate to be prepared for frequent travelling to customers in EMEA and occasionally worldwide.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate shall have the appropriate skills, after a short onboarding period and under the coordination of a DSP senior project manager, to provide DSP customers with the following services:
· TOS configuration, optimization, and implementation
· TOS Training
· Quality Assurance and Integration Testing
· Business Process Mapping and documentation
· Analysis and Optimization of Terminal Processes
· Automation Integration Strategy and Design

Once the candidate proves to have strong independent consulting skills for DSP customers with regards to their business, this Sr TOS Consultant may ascend to a Project Manager role.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The candidate for this role will be selected based on the following criteria:
DEGREES AND STUDIES
- Bachelor or Masters in IT, Business, or Engineering
- Knowledge of IT architecture and automation
- Knowledge of Container Terminal Operations
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
WORK EXPERIENCE
The candidate shall ideally have at least 10 years’ experience working with international business in the following areas
- Logistics, marine port operations, or the shipping industry
- Configuration, Training and Tuning of Container Terminal Systems (TOS)
- Container Terminal Equipment or Process Automation
SOFT SKILLS
The Candidate shall have strong skills in human relationship, diplomacy, ability to interact and communicate with different international cultures, an aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to work in full autonomy, with commitment, passion and flexibility.

ADVANTAGES
Not required, but an advantage if the candidate has:
- NAVIS N4 certification
- Certification in Project Management
- Knowledge of any other language, oral and written.
LOCATION
The candidate will be employed by DSP Switzerland and will work either from office of from his/her home residence. However, must be able to travel frequently within EMEA and sometimes worldwide.
The candidate will have the flexibility to sometimes work on different timezones.
